Dr. Amira Ahdut is the Founder and Owner of Eastside Integrated Primary Care (EIPC), a holistic wellness center where conventional medicine and naturopathic principles converge for a truly integrative approach to health. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Ahdut is dedicated to providing personalized care that supports both physical vitality and mental well-being. Dr. Ahdut holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Her education was further enhanced by post-doctoral training alongside MDs and DOs, and a 1.5-year residency in Interventional Pain Management at Integrated Interventional Pain Management in Mesa, AZ. This specialized training allows her to offer advanced injection options for acute and chronic pain issues. Her clinical focus includes hormone balancing, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, longevity medicine, weight loss therapies, cardiometabolic support, and skin health. Dr. Ahdut specializes in creating tailored treatment plans that address long-term wellness and rejuvenation, empowering patients to take control of their health. Recognized for her excellence in patient care, Dr. Ahdut was named a “Top Doctor” in the Seattle Met Magazine’s 2024 Top Doctors list and then again in 2025. Through EIPC, she provides evidence-based, integrative care that blends the best of both Eastern and Western medicine. Dr. Jianqi (Wendy) Cui ND, LAc, EAMP - Primary Care Physician, Licensed Acupuncturist and East Asian Medical Practitioner
Dr. Wendy completed her Naturopathic Medical Degree and degree in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University in 2021. She received her Undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas, Dallas in 2015. Her clinical interests include assessment and treatments for pain management, women’s health, and digestive health. Outside of clinic, she enjoys swimming, dancing and mastering her barista skills. Dr. Wendy utilizes treatment modalities such as electroacupuncture, Japanese acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbs, diet and lifestyle modifications. She truly believes in providing high quality care, meeting patients where They are, and tailoring treatments to patients' individual needs. Dr. Wendy looks forward to developing long term relationships with her patients. |

Dr. Ana Lenskiy is a naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, and East Asian medicine practitioner in WA. She received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Acupuncture degrees from Bastyr University. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from University of Washington. She has a special interest in using nutrition, lifestyle modification, and herbal remedies in her work with patients. Dr. Lenskiy treats a variety of acute and chronic concerns, but has a passion for working with people struggling with hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal issues, and autoimmune disease. |

Dr. Enrica Rowse is a licensed naturopathic physician dedicated to empowering patients to understand their bodies and make informed health choices. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and has advanced training in botanical medicine, mind–body therapies, and hydrotherapy. Dr. Enrica integrates these therapies with lifestyle counseling, environmental medicine, targeted nutraceuticals, and conventional pharmaceuticals to create individualized, evidence-informed care plans. Dr. Enrica views symptoms as the body’s communication and partners with patients to identify root causes and develop sustainable, realistic strategies for modern life. Her clinical interests include primary care, hormone balance, digestive health, and mental well‑being. Dr. Enrica treats a wide range of concerns with a focus on prevention, functionality, and long‑term wellness. |

Crystal Ricciardi CN - Certified Functional Nutritionist Crystal is a certified functional nutritionist and occupational therapist. She is also a wife and mother of three boys. Almost ten years ago, she decided to dive into integrative health coaching and then functional medicine as a way to fulfill her passion of working with adults and children to improve their health and well-being. "My goal is to create healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and liberating. You will discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support YOU. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals". Crystal received her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She is a licensed Certified Nutritionist in the State of Washington and works with clients all over the world. She has attended numerous continuing education classes focused on the gut-brain connection. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Sports Physiology from Biola University and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. She has worked as an OT for over 20 years and has seen how food choices and exercise can change behavior, mood, and brain health. She has complimented her practice using the functional medicine model for the last eight years. |

Winston Chen LMHCA - Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Winston is a mental health counselor with a background in Naturopathic Medicine. He received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Art in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of Washington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. His counseling style is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Holistic Therapy, Polyvagal, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Psychotherapy, and the 7 Principles of Naturopathic Medicine. Winston will work with the client to address the root causes of their symptoms while empowering them with tools and skills to invoke life lasting change. “You do not need to go through this journey alone, let’s do it together.” |
